Owner's Registration

Plot owners or co-owners at Skandagiri County, please register with our association; please take the time to fill out the required information.

The importance of filling this form & registering yourself (legal owner/co-owner of the plot/s at Skandagiri County) is to create the plot owners database; which is required for the formation of the association as per the applicable laws.


Note:-

  • Register separately for each Plot that you own at Skandagiri County. Example - If you Own 2 Plots at Skandigiri County, then, please submit this form twice separately.

  • If the plot is owned by more than one person, then, please submit this form for each owner of the said plot separately. 

Skandagiri County Ownership details.

  • Mention your full name as it is mentioned in your registered sales deed document. Provided full name will be verified with your submitted proof of ownership documents. 

  • If there are multiple owners, then, please mention your % ownership in the said plot. Example - If you are sole owner than, mention the % ownership as 100%.

  • If there are multiple owners of the said plot, then, each owner should register (fill this form) for the said plot separately providing all the details as requested.

The date on which your plot was registered with registrar office. This  will be in your registered sales deed document.

Mention your Primary and Secondary contact details (email id/Phone/Address), so that, it will be easy for the association to be in touch with you to share all updates, announcements and any action required from you.

Mention your full current address (currently residing) and permanent address as well.
