Attention, Plot Owners and Co-Owners at Skandagiri County:

We invite you to register with our association. Please take a moment to fill out the required information below.

Importance of Registration:
Filling out this form and registering as the legal owner or co-owner of your plot(s) at Skandagiri County is essential to creating a comprehensive database of plot owners. This database is necessary as per Byelaws of our association in accordance with applicable laws.


Note:-

  • Separate Registration: Please register separately for each plot you own in Skandagiri County.
    Example: If you own 2 plots, you must submit this form twice, once for each plot.

  • Multiple Owners: If a plot is owned by more than one person, each owner must complete and submit this form separately for the said plot.

Skandagiri County Ownership details.

  • Mention your full name as it is mentioned in your registered sales deed document. Provided full name will be verified with your submitted proof of ownership documents. 

  • If there are multiple owners, then, please mention your % ownership in the said plot. Example - If you are sole owner than, mention the % ownership as 100%.

  • If there are multiple owners of the said plot, then, each owner should register (fill this form) for the said plot separately providing all the details as requested.

The date on which your plot was registered with registrar office. This  will be in your registered sales deed document.

Mention your Primary and Secondary contact details (email id/Phone/Address), so that, it will be easy for the association to be in touch with you to share all updates, announcements and any action required from you.

Mention your full current address (currently residing) and permanent address as well.
